Uttarakhand HC seeks assembly official’s reply on ad hoc appointments

The Uttarakhand high court on Tuesday, while hearing a PIL against the alleged illegal appointments in the Assembly secretariat since 2000 and the appointment of its secretary, sought reply on the ad hoc appointments.
